System Components
Available Handles and Shafts Handles are available in lightweight carbon fibre, or in surgical grade stainless steel, ratchet or non-ratchet.
Insulated insert shafts are available in 5 or 10mm and a working length of either 33cm or 45cm.
Scissors & Shears
Single Action & Double Action 5mm Metzenbaum, Hook and Micro Scissors are 5mm and can be supplied either with 33 or 45cm inserts.
Three different handles are available to choose from.
Dissecting Forceps
Double acttion 5mm and 10mm Seven different styles, double action dissectors including Maryland and Debakey type, with horizontal or cross serrations.
Graspers & Clamps
Fenestrated 5mm Double or single action, fenestrated graspers 5mm, with a selection of jaws ranging from 20 to 80mm and available with 33 or 45cm length shafts.

Spoon Forceps & Biopsy Punches Biopsy punches 5mm are available with or without tissue pins, single or double action. Also a 10mm spoon forceps single action.

Knot Tying Device
MERTI Knot Tying Instrument Ergonomically designed as a right & left handed pair equipped with a unique suture loop forming spur and tungsten carbide inserts.
Laparoscopic Liver Retractors
Three different styles are available:
- Articulating ("fingered") retractor 5 or 10mm
- Fan retractor, straight or curved 5mm
- Nathanson retractor in 7 different sizes
Any of these retractors can be used in conjunction with our FlexArm or StrongArm table mounted holding device!
